Stay on the bus until you reach the stop near the intersection of Parrish Ave and 61st St. This is the closest stop to Gibson Woods Nature Preserve. After disembarking, walk west along Parrish Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Gibson Woods Nature Preserve located at 6201 Parrish Ave, Hammond, IN 46323.

Continue on 5th Ave until you reach the intersection with Parrish Ave. Turn south on Parrish Ave and continue riding for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see Gibson Woods Nature Preserve on your right at 6201 Parrish Ave, Hammond, IN 46323. Be sure to use bike lanes where available and watch for traffic.
