    Public Transit

    From the Gary Metro Center, take the South Shore Line train towards Chicago. Ride the train for about 45 minutes until you reach the Millennium Station in downtown Chicago. Once you arrive, exit the station and head east on East Randolph Street. Turn right on North Michigan Avenue and continue walking until you reach the intersection with East Grand Avenue. Turn left on East Grand Avenue and walk for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the Navy Pier located at 600 E Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.

    From the Gary Metro Center, catch the Gary Public Transportation Corporation (GPTC) bus route 10 towards the South Shore Line. Disembark at the stop at 5th Avenue and Broadway. Transfer to the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus route 20 going east. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Michigan Avenue and Grand Avenue. Walk a short distance to the east on Grand Avenue for about 5 minutes until you arrive at the Navy Pier at 600 E Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.
