Public Transit - Bus
From downtown Gary, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Gary Public Transit bus heading to Chicago. Make sure to check the route number that goes to the South Shore Line station. After approximately 45 minutes, you will arrive at the South Shore Line station in Gary. From there, board the South Shore Line train towards Millennium Station in Chicago. The train ride will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Millennium Station, exit the train and walk towards the underground concourse. Follow the signs to the 'State Street' exit. Once you reach State Street, walk north for 4 blocks until you reach Ontario Street. Turn left onto Ontario Street, and you will find the Redhead Piano Bar at 16 W Ontario St on your right.

Public Transit - Train
If you are near the Gary Metro station, take the South Shore Line train directly to Millennium Station in Chicago. The journey will take about 1 hour. Upon arrival at Millennium Station, follow the signs to the underground concourse and take the State Street exit. Walk north on State Street for about 4 blocks, then turn left onto Ontario Street. The Redhead Piano Bar will be located at 16 W Ontario St, just a short walk from there.

If you are already in the downtown area of Gary and prefer to walk, head towards the Gary Public Library on 4th Ave. From there, walk towards Washington Street, and then make your way to the nearest bus stop to catch the bus heading to Chicago. Once on the bus, follow the previously mentioned instructions to get to the Redhead Piano Bar in Chicago.
