When you reach the intersection with IN-64, turn left onto IN-64 E. After about 2 miles, turn right onto Patoka Ln. Continue on Patoka Ln for about half a mile, and you will arrive at Newton-Stewart State Recreation Area, located at 9009 Patoka Ln, Eckerty, IN 47116. There is no entrance fee for the state recreation area.
