Walking
If you are starting from downtown South Bend, head south on S Michigan St toward W Colfax Ave. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W Washington St. Turn left onto W Washington St and continue walking for another 0.5 miles. After that, turn right onto S Notre Dame Ave and walk for approximately 0.8 miles. You will see the University of Notre Dame campus ahead. Continue walking straight until you reach God Quad, which is located at the heart of the campus.

From downtown South Bend, locate the nearest Transpo bus stop. Take Route 7 (Notre Dame) heading towards the University of Notre Dame. The bus will take you directly to the campus.
