If you are driving from any location in The Knobs, head south on State Road 135 towards Marengo. Continue on State Road 135 for about 10 miles. Then, take a left onto State Road 64 and follow it for about 2 miles. Marengo Cave will be on your right at 400 East State Rd 64, Marengo, IN 47140. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in The Knobs. You may need to take a local bus or taxi to get to a nearby town with a bus service. If you can reach the nearest town with a bus service, look for a bus that goes to Marengo. Upon arriving in Marengo, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Marengo Cave at 400 East State Rd 64. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may not be frequent.

Walking to Marengo Cave from The Knobs is not recommended due to the distance and lack of pedestrian pathways.
