Sisingamangaraja and merge onto the Jalan Lintas Sumatera (Sumatra Highway). Follow the signs to Sabang. After approximately 50 km, you will reach the ferry terminal in Ulee Lheue. Take the ferry to Balohan Port in Sabang. The ferry ride takes about 45 minutes and costs around 25,000 IDR per person. Once you arrive at Balohan, continue driving north towards Sabang City. Follow the road signs towards Ujong Kareung. After about 15 minutes of driving, you will arrive at Anoi Itam Japanese Fort located at R9WF+X9H, Ujong Kareung, Sukajaya, Sabang City.
