Get on a bemo that has a 'Pupuan' sign. The ride from Tabanan to Pupuan will take about 30 minutes. After arriving in Pupuan, ask the driver to drop you off at Jl. Raya Pupuan. Vihara Dharma Giri is located on this road; you can walk from there.

If you are near a major hub like Ubud or Seminyak, you can catch a bemo that goes directly to Tabanan. Once in Tabanan, switch to another bemo that goes to Pupuan. The journey from Ubud or Seminyak to Tabanan takes about 1 hour. Upon reaching Tabanan, transfer to a bemo to Pupuan which will take another 30 minutes. After reaching Pupuan, ask the driver to let you off at Jl. Raya Pupuan; Vihara Dharma Giri is a short walk from there.
