Getting There

• Public Bus

  From any location in Bandung, head to the Terminal Leuwi Panjang bus station. Look for the bus marked 'Tangkuban Parahu' or a bus heading towards Lembang. The fare is generally affordable, around IDR 30,000 to 50,000. Once you board, let the driver know your destination to ensure you're on the right route. The bus will take you to Lembang, where you will get off at the Tangkuban Parahu stop.

• Angkot (Minibus)

  If you prefer a more local experience, take an angkot from anywhere in Bandung to Lembang. Look for the angkot with the code 'D' which goes to Lembang. The fare is usually around IDR 10,000 to 20,000. Once in Lembang, you can either walk to the main road or find another angkot that goes directly to the Tangkuban Parahu area.

• Motorbike Taxi (Go-Jek or Grab)

  For a more convenient and faster option, use a ride-sharing app like Go-Jek or Grab. Open the app, set your pickup location in Bandung, and enter 'Tangkuban Parahu' as your destination. This option will be more expensive than public transport, typically around IDR 100,000 to 150,000, but it provides door-to-door service.

• Walking from Lembang

  Once you reach Lembang, if you're feeling adventurous, you can walk to Tangkuban Parahu. It is approximately 10 kilometers and will take about 2 hours on foot. Start on Jalan Raya Lembang, and follow the signs towards Tangkuban Parahu. The scenic route will allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the area.
