If you are driving from Palu, take Jalan Diponegoro (Route 1) heading north. Continue straight for about 380 kilometers until you reach the town of Luwuk. From Luwuk, follow the signs to the Banggai Islands via the ferry terminal. The ferry ride to the Banggai Islands will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at the Banggai Islands, drive towards Bulagi Utara district. Follow the road signs to Desa Luk Panenteng. The lake is located within this village, and you will find it approximately 15 kilometers from the village center.

From Palu, take a bus to Luwuk. Buses depart regularly and the journey will take around 8 to 10 hours. Upon arrival in Luwuk, head to the ferry terminal and purchase a ticket to the Banggai Islands. Ferries typically operate several times a day. Once you arrive at the Banggai Islands, you can hire a local transport service or a motorcycle taxi to reach Desa Luk Panenteng. The distance is about 15 kilometers from the ferry terminal, and you should expect to pay around IDR 50,000 to 100,000 for the ride.
