Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Surabaya, take the Sidoarjo route via the Surabaya-Malang highway (Jalan Tol Surabaya-Malang). Follow the signs towards Malang until you reach Batu City. Once in Batu, look for Jl. Gn. Banyak. The drive takes approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Upon arriving at Jl. Gn. Banyak, continue driving until you reach Taman Langit Gunung Banyak, which will be on your left. Parking is available at the site.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, take a bus from Surabaya to Batu City. Several bus companies operate this route, and the journey takes about 3 to 4 hours. Once you arrive at the Batu bus terminal, you can take a local taxi or ojek (motorcycle taxi) to Taman Langit Gunung Banyak. The distance from the terminal to the site is about 8 km, and the taxi fare may vary from IDR 30,000 to IDR 60,000. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your ride.

• Ride-Hailing App

  You can also use ride-hailing applications like Gojek or Grab. After arriving in Batu, simply open the app, set your destination to Taman Langit Gunung Banyak, and choose your preferred transport. This option is convenient as it provides a door-to-door service. The price will depend on the distance but expect to pay between IDR 35,000 and IDR 70,000.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Taman Langit Gunung Banyak and prefer to walk, you can reach the site by following the local roads. It is recommended to use a map application to navigate accurately, as some paths can be steep. Be prepared for a hike if you are coming from nearby accommodations.
