Pantai Gili Trawangan. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, and you can easily park your bike nearby.

You can also hire a traditional horse-drawn cart, known as a cidomo, from various points around Gili Trawangan. Negotiate the fare, which should be around 100,000 IDR (approximately $7) for a short trip to Underwater Bikes. The cidomo will take you directly to the beach area where the activity is located.
