Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Semarang city center. Head south on Jl. Pahlawan, and turn onto Jl. Soekarno-Hatta. Continue straight for about 12 km until you reach Ungaran. Follow the signs for Jl. Raya Ungaran - Bawen and take this road until you reach the sign for Semirang Waterfall. Park your car at the designated parking area near the entrance. Note that there may be a parking fee of approximately IDR 5,000.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start at the Semarang Tawang train station. Take a local bus (Angkot) heading to Ungaran. The fare is around IDR 10,000. Once you arrive at Ungaran, you may need to take another Angkot or a motorcycle taxi to reach the nearest drop-off point for Semirang Waterfall. The fare for this segment can range from IDR 5,000 to IDR 15,000 depending on the distance. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk to the entrance of the waterfall.
Walking
Once you reach the entrance of Semirang Waterfall, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km along a well-marked path to reach the waterfall itself. Ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes as the terrain can be uneven. Along the way, enjoy the lush greenery and scenic views of the surrounding area.
