If you are driving from Labuan Bajo, head east on Jl. Soekarno Hatta towards Jl. Komodo. Continue straight on Jl. Komodo until you reach the junction with Jl. Labuan Bajo - Komodo. Take a left turn and follow the road along the coast. After about 5 km, keep an eye out for signs directing you to MBERATA, which will be approximately 1 km ahead on your left side. Ensure your vehicle can handle the local terrain as some roads may be unpaved.

From Labuan Bajo, you can take a local Bemo (minibus) heading towards Komodo National Park. Get on at the main Bemo terminal located near the harbor. The fare is usually around IDR 20,000 - IDR 30,000 per person. Inform the driver that you want to go to MBERATA. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you reach the vicinity of MBERATA, you may need to walk about 500 meters if the Bemo cannot drop you directly at the site.
