If you're driving from Bandar Lampung, take the Trans-Sumatra highway (Jalan Lintas Sumatera) heading west towards Tanggamus. After approximately 2.5 hours of driving, take the exit towards Ulubelu. Follow the signposts to Sukamaju, which is about 30 minutes from the highway exit. Once in Sukamaju, use a GPS navigation app to guide you to the specific location: MG8W+M97, Sukamaju, Ulubelu, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung 35686. The final stretch may require driving on smaller roads, so keep an eye out for directional signs.

For those using public transportation, start at the Rajabasa Bus Terminal in Bandar Lampung. Take a bus heading towards Tanggamus or Ulubelu. The journey will take about 3-4 hours. You will need to inform the driver to drop you off near Sukamaju. From there, you can hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) to take you the remaining distance to Air Terjun Lembah Pelangi. The motorcycle taxi ride should cost around IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000 depending on negotiation.
