If you're in Medan Petisah, head towards Jl. Teuku Umar. If you're near the intersection of Jl. Teuku Umar and Jl. Sisingamangaraja, you can begin your walk from there. Walk south along Jl. Teuku Umar for about 300 meters until you reach Jl. Petisah Tengah. The Mariamman Temple will be located on your left at No. 18, easily recognizable by its vibrant colors and intricate architecture.

You can take an angkot (minibus) that runs along the route towards Jl. Teuku Umar. Look for an angkot with a sign indicating 'Petisah' or 'Arah Teuku Umar'. The fare is usually around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000. Get off at the stop closest to Jl. Teuku Umar and walk approximately 100 meters to reach the temple.
