Getting There

    From Ternate, drive south towards Sofifi. Follow the main road for approximately 30 km until you reach the ferry terminal at Sofifi. Take the ferry to Sanana on the island of Sulawesi, which takes about 2 hours and costs around IDR 50,000. Once you arrive in Sanana, continue driving south on the main road for another 30 km. You will need to take a local road towards Manusela National Park. Look for signs towards Manusela and follow the local roads until you reach the park entrance.

    From Ternate, take a minibus or public transport to the Sofifi ferry terminal. The fare is approximately IDR 20,000. Once at Sofifi, board the ferry to Sanana (approximately IDR 50,000). After arriving in Sanana, you can either hire a local taxi or use a motorcycle taxi (ojek) to reach Manusela National Park. The taxi ride will cost around IDR 100,000 and takes about 30 minutes. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand if using a taxi.
