If you are driving from Medan, take the Jalan Jamin Ginting road (also known as Jalan Lintas Medan - Berastagi). The journey is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Follow the signs towards Berastagi, and once you reach Sibolangit, look for the entrance to Hillpark Sibolangit located on Jalan Jamin Ginting. Parking is available on-site.

To use public transportation, first head to the main bus terminal in Medan, such as Terminal Amplas. From there, take a bus or minibus heading towards Berastagi. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Sibolangit. The fare is usually around IDR 20,000 to IDR 30,000. Once you arrive at Sibolangit, you can either walk or take a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) to reach Hillpark Sibolangit, which may cost around IDR 10,000 to IDR 20,000.
