Car
To reach The Kaldera by car, start your journey from Medan, the capital of North Sumatra. Drive south along the Trans-Sumatran Highway (Route 25). After about 4 hours, you will reach the town of Parapat, which is located near Lake Toba. Continue to follow the signs to Ajibata. Once in Ajibata, turn onto Jalan Sigapiton. Follow this road until you reach The Kaldera located at Sigapiton. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel as gas stations may be sparse along the route.

Public Transportation
To get to The Kaldera using public transportation, take a bus from Medan to Parapat. The journey will take approximately 4-5 hours, and you can find buses departing from the Amplas Bus Terminal in Medan. Once you arrive in Parapat, you can take a local angkot (minibus) or a taxi to Ajibata. From Ajibata, you can either walk or take a motorcycle taxi to Sigapiton. The total cost for the bus ride is around IDR 70,000 to IDR 100,000, and the angkot or taxi fare may vary between IDR 20,000 to IDR 50,000 depending on the distance.
