If you are driving from Tanjung Pinang, take the Jalan Raya Tanjung Pinang - Bintan road heading northeast. Follow the signs for Bintan and continue on this road for approximately 30 km. You will pass through several small towns and scenic areas. Once you reach the roundabout near Bintan Lagoon Resort, take the second exit onto Jalan Lagoi. Continue straight for about 15 km until you see signs for Lagoi Bay Beach. The beach will be located on your left. Parking is available at the beach area, which may incur a small fee.

From Tanjung Pinang, you can take a bus or minivan to Lagoi. Look for a bus terminal near the city center and find a bus heading towards Bintan. Ask the driver if they stop at Lagoi Bay Beach or get off at the Bintan Lagoon Resort and take a short taxi ride (approximately 10 minutes) to the beach. The bus fare is around IDR 30,000. Taxis in this area are metered, so be sure to confirm the approximate fare before starting your ride.
