Start your journey in Batam City. Head towards the Sekupang Ferry Terminal, located approximately 20 kilometers south of central Batam City. The drive should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the terminal, purchase a ferry ticket to Galang Island. The ferry ride will take about 30 minutes. After disembarking at Galang Island, you can hire a local boat or arrange for a transfer that will take you directly to Petong Island.
