If you're driving from Pekanbaru, take the Jalan Soekarno-Hatta road heading to Kampar. Continue on this road for about 90 kilometers until you reach the town of Kampar. From Kampar, follow the signs pointing to Muara Takus Temple, which is approximately 25 kilometers away. The road may be narrow and winding, so please drive carefully. Once you arrive at the temple area, you'll find parking available.

Start your journey from Pekanbaru by taking a bus to Kampar. Buses frequently depart from the main bus terminal in Pekanbaru, and the journey takes about 2 to 3 hours. After reaching Kampar, you can take a local minibus or ojek (motorcycle taxi) to Muara Takus Temple, which is approximately 25 kilometers away. Be sure to negotiate the fare with the ojek driver beforehand. The combined cost for the bus and ojek should be around IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000.
