Car
If you are driving from Pekanbaru (the capital of Riau), take the Trans-Sumatra Highway (Route 2) heading south towards Dumai. After approximately 5 hours of driving, take the ferry from Dumai to Batam. Once you arrive at the Batam ferry terminal, follow signs to the main road. Drive towards Tanjung Buntung, and look for Golden City complex. The Illusion is located at Golden City blok K no 4-5-6, which is well marked. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation
To reach The Illusion via public transportation, first take a bus from Pekanbaru to Dumai. This journey takes about 4-5 hours. From Dumai, head to the Dumai ferry terminal and purchase a ticket to Batam. The ferry ride will take approximately 1-2 hours. Upon arrival at Batam, take a taxi or rideshare service from the ferry terminal to The Illusion. The taxi ride will take around 30 minutes. Make sure to have cash for the taxi fare which usually ranges between IDR 100,000 - IDR 150,000.
