Semarang. Turn left onto Jl. Semarang and then left again onto Jl. Pemuda. Lawang Sewu will be on your right at No. 160. The bike rental usually costs around IDR 20,000 per hour.

    You can take an angkot (public minibus) from a nearby stop in Chinatown. Look for an angkot heading towards 'Kota' or 'Pecindilan.' Get off at the 'Pecindilan' stop, which is close to Jl. Pemuda. From there, walk to Jl. Pemuda and head east for about 5 minutes until you reach Lawang Sewu at No. 160. The fare for the angkot is around IDR 5,000.
