From Simpang Lima, head south on Jl. Pahlawan. Continue walking straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Jl. Pemuda. Turn left onto Jl. Pemuda. Lawang Sewu will be on your right side at No. 160, just a short 200-meter walk from the intersection.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops around Simpang Lima. Start by heading south on Jl. Pahlawan for about 1 km. At the intersection with Jl. Pemuda, turn left, and continue cycling for another 200 meters. Lawang Sewu will be on your right. Rental costs are typically around IDR 20,000 to IDR 30,000 for a few hours.

Public Transportation (Angkot)
To take an angkot (public minibus), find the nearest angkot stop on Jl. Pahlawan. Board an angkot heading towards Jl. Pemuda. Ensure you tell the driver to drop you off at Jl. Pemuda. After getting off, walk about 200 meters on Jl. Pemuda towards the east, and you will find Lawang Sewu on your right. The fare for the angkot is around IDR 5,000.
