If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Jayapura, the capital of South Papua. Head west on the Trans Papua highway towards the city of Merauke. Once in Merauke, continue to travel west until you reach the city of Sorong. From Sorong, you will need to take a flight to Yogyakarta, as Prambanan Temple is not located in South Papua but in the Special Region of Yogyakarta on the island of Java. Upon arriving at Yogyakarta Airport, rent a car or take a taxi to Prambanan Temple, which is approximately a 20-minute drive away. The temple is located at Jl. Raya Solo - Yogyakarta No.16, Kranggan, Bokoharjo, Kec. Prambanan, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55571.
