After about 6-7 hours of driving, you will arrive in Makale. Use GPS coordinates -3.1049, 119.8518 to find Kolam Makale directly. Expect to pay around IDR 400,000 - 600,000 per day for car rental, excluding fuel.

Public Transportation (Bus)

From Makassar, take a bus from the Terminal Mallengkeri to Makale. Buses leave frequently, and the journey takes around 8 hours. Tickets can be purchased at the bus terminal for about IDR 150,000. Upon arrival in Makale, you can take a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) to Kolam Makale, which is approximately 20-30 minutes away. Ensure you ask the driver to take you to VVW2+2PW, Manggau, Makale.
