If you are traveling by car, start from Palu, the capital city of Central Sulawesi. Head south on the Trans-Sulawesi Highway (Route 1) for approximately 80 kilometers. You will pass through the towns of Sigi and Dolo. Continue on the highway until you reach the junction for the town of Lore Lindu. Turn left towards Lore Lindu National Park and follow the road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the park entrance at G5GQ+2H8, Dodolo, Central Sulawesi.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Palu, you can take a bus heading towards the town of Dolo. Buses leave regularly from the Palu bus terminal, and the fare is approximately IDR 30,000. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Dolo, you can hire a local taxi or ojek (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the Lore Lindu National Park entrance, which is about 20 kilometers away. Expect to pay around IDR 50,000 for the taxi ride.

Another option from Palu is to take a shared minivan (angkot) that travels towards Lore Lindu. These usually leave from the main bus terminal in Palu and cost about IDR 25,000 per person. The journey can take 2-3 hours depending on stops. Once you reach the nearest village to the park, you may need to hire a local ojek to cover the last leg of the journey to the park entrance.
