    If you have rented a car, start your journey from the center of Tana Toraja. Head south on the main road towards Makale. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Unnamed Road (XV7P+WW2). Turn left onto the Unnamed Road following the signs for Tilanga Natural Pool. Drive for about 5 kilometers until you see the entrance to the pool on your right. Parking is available nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Tilanga Natural Pool using public transport, start from the main bus terminal in Tana Toraja. Look for a minibus heading towards Makale. The fare should be around IDR 20,000. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction with the Unnamed Road (XV7P+WW2). After you get off, you can either walk approximately 5 kilometers to the pool or hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) for about IDR 30,000 to take you directly to the entrance.

    Another option is to rent a motorcycle. Rent a bike from one of the local shops in Tana Toraja, which usually costs around IDR 75,000 to IDR 100,000 per day. Start your ride from the center of Tana Toraja, heading south towards Makale. Follow the main road for about 25 kilometers, then turn left onto Unnamed Road (XV7P+WW2). Ride for about 5 kilometers, and you will find Tilanga Natural Pool on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic regulations.
