If you're traveling by car, head southeast on Jl. Raya Ubud from the center of Ubud for about 15 minutes. Follow the signs for Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai and merge onto the bypass road. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes, then take the exit toward Jl. Wahana Tirta. Bali Hai Cruises is located at Jl. Wahana Tirta No.1, Benoa, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80222. Make sure to check for parking availability at the location.

For public transportation, take a Bemo (local minibus) from Ubud to Denpasar. Bemos to Denpasar can be found at the Ubud Central Station. The fare is approximately IDR 20,000.
