Start at the City Center Transit Station located at 450 1st St SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401. Board the Linn County Transit bus route #2 (North) towards Cedar Rapids Public Library. Ride for about 25 minutes and get off at the stop at 1st Ave NE & 42nd St NE. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes. Head north on 1st Ave NE, then take a right onto Preserve Ln. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Rock Island Botanical State Preserve at 4501 Preserve Ln.
