    If you are driving from Cedar Valley, head northeast on US-30 E. After approximately 24 miles, take the exit toward Mount Vernon. Continue on Mount Vernon Road until you reach Kepler Drive. Turn left onto Kepler Drive, and the entrance to Palisades-Kepler State Park will be on your right at 700 Kepler Dr, Mt Vernon, IA 52314. There is no entrance fee for the park, but be sure to check for any parking fees if you're using certain facilities.
