If you're traveling by car from Des Moines, take I-80 E for about 60 miles. Merge onto I-35 S and continue for approximately 80 miles. Then take exit 218 for US-34 E toward Burlington. Follow US-34 E for about 25 miles until you reach Fort Madison. Once in Fort Madison, turn left onto Riverview Dr, and Old Fort Madison will be on your right at 716 Riverview Dr. Parking is available on-site and is free.
