    If you are in downtown Council Bluffs, start at the intersection of Broadway and 16th Street. Head south on 16th Street until you reach the intersection with Avenue B. Turn left (east) onto Avenue B and continue walking for about 1 mile. You will see signs for Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park as you approach. The park entrance will be on your left at 4200 Avenue B.
