Turn right onto W Broadway and continue for two blocks until you reach S Main St. Turn left onto S Main St and walk for about 0.5 miles. The Rails West Railroad Museum will be on your right at 1512 S Main St.

From the downtown area, you can take the Metro Area Express (MAX) bus service. Look for the bus stop located near the Council Bluffs Public Library. Catch the bus heading south on the route that goes towards the South Omaha area. You will need to get off at the stop closest to S Main St and W Broadway. From there, walk south on S Main St for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Rails West Railroad Museum at 1512 S Main St on your right.
