You will arrive at the corner of Pearl St and Broadway St. Turn left onto Pearl St, and Bayliss Park will be on your right at 100 Pearl St.

If you are near the Council Bluffs Transit Center, catch Bus Number 5 towards the Omaha route. Get off at the 4th and Broadway stop. From there, walk east on Broadway St for about 0.1 miles until you reach the intersection with Pearl St. Turn left onto Pearl St, and Bayliss Park will be on your right at 100 Pearl St.
