Walking
If you are starting from the Council Bluffs Public Library located at 400 Willow Ave, head south on Willow Ave towards 5th Ave. Turn left onto 5th Ave and continue until you reach the intersection with Broadway St. Cross Broadway St and continue south on 5th Ave. After a few blocks, 5th Ave will turn into S 6th St. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with W Broadway.
