Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the Mason City Public Library, exit the library and head south on N Washington Ave toward 1st St NE. Continue walking straight for about 0.4 miles until you reach E State St. Turn left on E State St and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will then see a small alley called Commercial Alley on your right. Turn right into Commercial Alley, and The Hungry Mind will be located at 16 S Commercial Alley, just a short walk down the alley.

• Walking

  For those coming from the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse, exit the courthouse and head south on N Federal Ave toward 1st St N. Walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach E State St. Turn right on E State St and continue for about 0.1 miles. Look for Commercial Alley on your left, turn left into the alley, and you will find The Hungry Mind at 16 S Commercial Alley.

• Public Transportation

  If you're using the MTA bus system, take the Route 1 bus towards the downtown area. Get off at the stop located at N Federal Ave & E State St. From there, walk south on N Federal Ave until you reach E State St. Turn right on E State St and walk for a short distance until you see Commercial Alley on your left. Enter Commercial Alley, and The Hungry Mind will be at 16 S Commercial Alley.
