From I-80, take Exit 168 for IA-14 toward Newton. Head south on IA-14, then turn left onto W 4th St N. Turn right onto 1st St N. The Bistro will be on your right. Parking is available on the street. There is a 3-hour parking limit on marked streets in downtown from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Violators receive a $25 ticket, with a $10 late fee added after 30 days. Parking is now free in the formerly metered lots.
