    If you are starting from the Newton Public Library located at 100 N 3rd Ave W, head east on 3rd Ave W towards N 1st Ave W. Turn left onto N 1st Ave W and continue walking until you reach E 4th St N. Turn right on E 4th St N and walk until you reach the intersection with IA-14. Cross IA-14 carefully and then turn left. Continue walking along IA-14 for about 1 mile. You will find McCall Monument at 801 IA-14 on your right.

    Starting from the Newton Depot located at 300 W 2nd St N, ride your bike south on N 3rd Ave W. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto E 4th St N and continue until you reach the intersection with IA-14. Carefully cross IA-14 and then turn left onto the highway. Follow IA-14 for approximately 1 mile. McCall Monument will be on your right at 801 IA-14.
