If you are starting from the Imam Hussein Shrine, exit the shrine complex and head west on Al-Qasim Street. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the junction with Al-Zahra Street. Turn left onto Al-Zahra Street and continue for another 500 meters. You will see فلكة حي رمضان on your right. It is a well-known garden area, marked by greenery.

If you are near the Karbala Museum, exit the museum and head east on Al-Ma'mun Street. Walk for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Al-Hussein Street. Turn right onto Al-Hussein Street and continue for about 600 meters. You will come across فلكة حي رمضان on your left, recognizable by its park-like features.

From the Karbala Bus Station, exit the station and head southwest on Al-Muwafaqiah Street. Walk for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Al-Najaf Street. Turn right onto Al-Najaf Street and walk for another 700 meters. فلكة حي رمضان will be on your right, close to residential areas.
