Walking
Assuming you are starting from the center of Kirkuk, begin at the main square near the Kirkuk Citadel. Head north along the main road, which is called 14th July Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Al-Muthanna Street. Turn right onto Al-Muthanna Street, and continue walking until you find a small park on your left. This park is commonly known as 'Al-Muthanna Park'. You may take a short break here to enjoy your surroundings. After that, continue along Al-Muthanna Street until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find a small path leading to الشجرة الكبيره, which is located in a tranquil area a short distance from the road.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to take public transport, you can find a local bus heading towards the northern part of the city. Start at the main bus station near the Kirkuk Citadel. Look for buses that indicate they are going north towards the neighborhoods near الشجرة الكبيره. After a short ride, get off at the 'Al-Muthanna' stop. From there, it is a short walk to الشجرة الكبيره. Exit the bus and head south on Al-Muthanna Street until you reach the small path that leads to الشجرة الكبيره.
