If you are starting at the Imam Ali Shrine, exit the shrine complex and head northeast on Al-Quds Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al-Mahdi Street. Turn right onto Al-Mahdi Street, and walk for approximately 500 meters. You'll see a small alley on your left, leading to 2853+GJR. Follow this alley until you reach the location of المرحوم مصطفى حسين, which is situated at the end of the alley.
