The trailhead begins at the southern end of the promenade, near the Bray Head Hotel. Follow the gravel path that gradually ascends along the cliffs. The walk to the summit of Bray Head Cross takes approximately 30-40 minutes. There is no cost to access the Bray Head Cliff Walk.

    Bray is well-served by public transport. The DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) train arrives in Bray every 15 minutes. Dublin Bus routes 145 and 155 also serve Bray. From Dublin city center, the DART takes approximately 45 minutes to reach Bray Daly railway station, the closest station to Bray Head. From the station, it is approximately a 31-minute walk to Bray Head. A single DART fare from Dublin to Bray costs approximately €3.30 - €4.00. Dublin Bus fares vary depending on the distance traveled but generally cost between €2.00 - €3.00 for a short trip within the Dublin area.

    If driving from Dublin city center, take the N11 road southbound. Continue on the N11 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the exit for Bray (R761). Follow the signs for Bray, and as you enter the town, keep left towards the seafront. Parking is available at the Cliff Walk Car Park at Raheen Park, just outside of Bray town centre. Parking is also available along Bray Seafront. Parking fees vary depending on the location and time of year. Expect to pay around €2-€3 per hour at the seafront car parks.
