From Ennis, take Bus Éireann route 350 towards Doolin. Ask the driver to stop at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre. From the visitor center, it is approximately a 20-30 minute walk to Moher Cottage. Alternatively, take a taxi from the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre to Moher Cottage; expect to pay around €10-€15 for the short ride. A single bus fare from Ennis to the Cliffs of Moher is approximately €10-€15.
