From any point in County Kildare, head towards the M7 motorway. Merge onto the M50 motorway heading northbound. Continue on the M50 for approximately 20 km. Take exit 6 for N2 towards Finglas. Follow the N2 for about 3 km, then take the exit towards Glasnevin. Merge onto Finglas Road (N2) and continue straight. Glasnevin Cemetery will be on your left at Finglas Rd, Glasnevin, Dublin, D11 XA32.

If you are starting from Naas, take Bus Éireann route 126 to Dublin. Disembark at the stop closest to O'Connell Street. From there, transfer to Dublin Bus route 83 (heading towards Finglas). Ride until you reach the stop at Finglas Road. Glasnevin Cemetery is a short walk from the bus stop; head north on Finglas Road, and the cemetery will be on your left.

If you are in Newbridge, take the N7 towards Dublin. Merge onto the M50 and follow the same directions as provided for the driving route from County Kildare to Glasnevin Cemetery. This route is approximately 40 km and can take around 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.

From Kildare town, take the train from Kildare Train Station to Heuston Station in Dublin. After arriving, catch the Luas (tram) Red Line towards The Point. Change at Abbey Street and take Bus Éireann route 83 towards Finglas. Get off at Finglas Road, and Glasnevin Cemetery is a short walk from the bus stop.
