Car
If you are driving from Navan, head northwest on the N51 towards Trim. After about 15 minutes, follow signs for Trim and merge onto the R154. Continue straight until you reach Trim town. Once in Trim, follow the signs for Trim Castle, which will be on your left. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
From Dublin, take a bus from Busáras (the main bus station) to Trim. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Trim bus station, exit and walk straight down Castle Street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Trim Castle, which will be on your left.
Car
If you're coming from Slane, take the R153 towards the N2. Merge onto the N2 and then take the exit for the N51 towards Trim. Follow the N51, and then the R154 into Trim. Look for signs directing you to Trim Castle, which will be on your left. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
If you are in Ashbourne, take the bus to Navan. From Navan, transfer to a bus heading to Trim. Upon your arrival at Trim bus station, walk down Castle Street for approximately 10 minutes until you see Trim Castle on your left.
