If you are driving, head towards Tullyhirm, Monaghan. From Monaghan town, take the N2 road towards Dublin. After approximately 5 km, take the exit for the R162. Follow the R162 for about 3 km, then turn left onto the L3004 road which leads directly to the entrance of the Ulster Canal Greenway. There is parking available along the route.
