If you are driving, start from Dungarvan, head north on the N25. Follow the N25 until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the R672 (Dungarvan to Clonmel road). Take the R672 exit and continue on it until you reach the village of Ballynoe Upper. Look for the signposts for Ballysaggartmore Waterfall and follow them. There is limited parking available near the waterfall site, and parking is free.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Waterford City to Dungarvan. Buses run regularly, and you can check times via the Bus Éireann website. Once you reach Dungarvan, you will need to arrange for a taxi or local transport to Ballynoe Upper, as there are no direct public transport links to the waterfall. Taxis can be booked in advance or found at the bus station. The taxi ride to the waterfall should take approximately 15-20 minutes and cost around €15-€20.
