Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Wicklow town. From the N11, take the exit for Wicklow (R750). Follow the R750 through the town, and continue onto the R763 towards Dunbur Head. Look for signs directing you to Wicklow Head Lighthouse. The drive will take approximately 15-20 minutes from Wicklow town. There is a small car park near the lighthouse, but be aware that it may fill up quickly during peak tourist season. Parking is free.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, take a Bus Éireann or Local Link bus to Wicklow town. The journey varies by your starting point but generally ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
